Ejendals appoints new group CEO

In alignment with Ejendals extensive and international growth strategies a new CEO has been appointed, Anders Carlsson. With previous experience as CEO at AQ Group in combination with a long and successful career within ABB the Board of Directors believes Anders will steer Ejendals into the future of personal protective equipment (PPE).

The Board of Directors of Ejendals has appointed Anders Carlsson as Group CEO starting September 15, 2021. He will succeed Fredrik Sand who, in parallel, will take on new challenges after six years in the company. “We wish Fredrik the best of luck in the future and thank him for the important work he has done during his time with us” says Marcus Ejendal, Chairman of the Board.

Anders Carlsson most recently came from the role as CEO for AQ Group, an international manufacturing group with 40 sites in 15 countries, listed on Nasdaq mid cap in Stockholm.
Prior to this, Anders was senior Sales and Marketing Manager for ABB Electrification in Northern Europe and member of the ABB Sweden local executive forum. From his previous career, Anders has a long industrial experience from manufacturing, planning, R&D and product management including hands on leadership experience from health and safety and sustainability improvement.
