Digital Analyst

Are you interested in human behavior online? Are you used to work with tools for analyzing the usage and success of websites and digital media? Then we have the position for you! We are facing a large expansion of our online presence and are now looking for a Digital Analyst to strengthen our centralized team (part of Sales & marketing). Your work will in turn empower the rest of our global organization to get the best possible impact out of our online activities.

Role Description

As our Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for providing information about how our various B2B digital solutions are being used by mainly external users, and how they can improve, based on the data you yourself have gathered, analyzed and drawn conclusions from. You will define what to measure and how, to make sure we can make relevant and fact-based business and operational decisions.

You are to optimize Ejendals’ position on external search engines, and make sure our own website/web shop (built on epi and InRiver) provide relevant results based on our visitors’ interests. You will also analyze how our products and campaigns are widely viewed on external marketplaces, social media platforms, and via information brokers.

To sufficiently leverage your findings, you will compile complex sets of data and present computationally correct results in a compelling fashion to colleagues and external partners on all organizational levels. 

Qualifications & Personal Traits

As this position is new to Ejendals, we are in need of someone with at least 3-4 years of experiene. A background in IT, engineering, sales/marketing, behavioral science, or alike is expected.

Obviously, you enjoy working with numbers and determining causality, but also to understand the reasons behind it, and how it can be changed via actions. Taking part of a digital transformation is more important to you than joining an already well-established digital organization.

As a person you’re positive, with a can-do and constructive attitude – you see opportunities where others see obstacles. You are outgoing and add energy and know-how to the team.
