Der JALAS Zenit Evo 7198 im Test: Winterstiefel-Testbericht eines Profis

„Sie haben alles durchgemacht, von schmelzendem Schnee über schweren Matsch bis hin zu durchnässten Böden. Sie haben sich wirklich gut geschlagen, vor allem, wenn man bedenkt, dass sie lediglich wasserabweisende Eigenschaften haben und nicht vollständig wasserdicht sind. Sie sind in erster Linie für kalte Bedingungen und nicht für ständige Nässe ausgelegt, daher finde ich, dass sie alles in allem sehr gut abgeschnitten haben. In extremen Situationen ist zwar etwas Wasser eingedrungen, aber ich bin wirklich beeindruckt“, berichtet Daniel.

Trotz der nassen und rauen Umgebung war der Komfort das, was am meisten hervorstach. „Sie sind wirklich bequem. Das ist das Beste an ihnen“, meint er.

Warm, Comfortable, and Built for Harsh Conditions

Daniel found the boots to be very warm, sometimes even requiring a thinner sock on milder days. This affected the fit slightly, so he recommends paying attention to sizing: “With the right socks, the fit was perfect.” Having tested several boots from JALAS and other brands over the years, Daniel calls this pair a standout:

“Best winter boot I’ve had, especially if you have slightly wider feet.”

The design also caught his eye: “They look great. I really like the all-black with yellow details — subtle but stylish.”
