Creating cut resistant gloves is easy for for the talented product developers at TEGERA. Just like it is to create super-thin, soft safety gloves with good dexterity. But these combined qualities can be challenging to find in one glove material.
When our developers can´t find a material that meets the level of standard we need to design even better gloves. Then we have to develop the material ourselves. TEGERA CRF Omni Technology is one of those materials and was developed to reflect the demands of people who work with precision and seriously sharp objects on a daily basis.
THE WORLD'S THINNEST CUT F GLOVE!
Introducing TEGERA 8846 CRF Omni, the world's thinnest Cut F glove at just 0.5-0.6 mm thick.
These 21-gauge cut-resistant gloves offer remarkable dexterity and flexibility, ideal for precision tasks with small, sharp objects. They provide outstanding comfort, high breathability, and even feature touch screen compatibility. The glove is also suitable for use in ATEX environments, where electrostatic discharge can pose a risk in potentially explosive atmospheres.
As technology advances, thinner gloves deliver the same top-level cut protection. While 18-gauge gloves transformed dexterity in 2012, our 21-gauge innovation sets a new standard in cut protection, maintaining a high-level F rating while being thinner than even our 0.9 mm 18-gauge TEGERA 8845 gloves and traditional cut F gloves, which exceed 1.5 mm in thickness.
