Det er filosofien til produktutviklingssjef Anders Näs og industridesigner Anna Hedvall, som jobber side om side for å utvikle hansker som kombinerer sikkerhet, ergonomi og moderne design.
«En arbeidshanske skal beskytte og føles behagelig hele dagen – men den skal også se bra ut og være god å ha på», sier Anders.
«Når en hanske føles riktig, vil du bruke den. Det er slik sikkerhet skal fungere.»
Designet for ekte arbeid – og ekte mennesker
Hver eneste TEGERA-hanske blir til ved å forstå menneskene som bruker den. Før design blir til virkelighet tilbringer Anders og Anna tid ute i felten – de ser, lytter og lærer hvordan hendene beveger seg, griper og arbeider i virkelige miljøer.
«Vi snakker med brukerne, besøker arbeidsplasser og tester ideene våre ute i felten», sier Anna.
«Deretter kombinerer vi denne kunnskapen med material- og designekspertisen vår for å utvikle hansker som virkelig støtter brukeren.»
Noen ganger vet ikke kundene helt hva de trenger – og det er da TEGERA kan ta innovasjonen videre.
«Vi kan utfordre antakelser og finne smartere løsninger som forbedrer både komforten og sikkerheten», sier Anders.
