„Pracovní rukavice by měly chránit a být pohodlné po celý den, ale měly by také dobře vypadat a dobře se nosit,“ říká Anders.
"Pokud se v rukavicích dobře cítíte, budete je chtít nosit. A tehdy bezpečnost opravdu funguje.“

U každých rukavic TEGERA začínáme pochopením lidí, kteří je nosí. Než se návrh stane skutečností, Anders a Anna stráví nějaký čas na pracovištích – pozorují, poslouchají a učí se, jak se ruce pohybují, uchopují a pracují v reálných prostředích.
„Mluvíme s uživateli, navštěvujeme pracoviště a testujeme naše nápady v terénu,“ vysvětluje Anna.
„Tyto poznatky pak kombinujeme s našimi zkušenostmi v oblasti materiálů a designu a vytváříme rukavice, které uživatelům skutečně pomáhají.“
