Esa es la filosofía que guía al director de desarrollo de productos Anders Näs y a la diseñadora industrial Anna Hedvall, que trabajan codo con codo para crear guantes que combinen seguridad, ergonomía y diseño moderno.
«Un guante de trabajo debe proteger y ser cómodo durante todo el día, pero también debe tener un aspecto y un tacto agradables», afirma Anders.
«Si un guante te va bien, querrás ponértelo. Y es entonces cuando la seguridad funciona de verdad».
Diseñado para el trabajo real y la gente real
Cada guante TEGERA empieza por entender a las personas que lo llevan. Antes de que el diseño se convierta en realidad, Anders y Anna pasan tiempo in situ observando, escuchando y aprendiendo cómo se mueven las manos, cómo funciona el agarre y cómo es el trabajo en entornos reales.
«Hablamos con los usuarios, visitamos lugares de trabajo y probamos nuestras ideas sobre el terreno», explica Anna.
«Luego combinamos esos conocimientos con nuestra experiencia en materiales y diseño para crear guantes que realmente ayuden al usuario».
A veces los clientes no saben exactamente lo que necesitan, y es entonces cuando TEGERA puede llevar la innovación más allá.
«Podemos cuestionar supuestos y encontrar soluciones más inteligentes que mejoren tanto el confort como la seguridad», afirma Anders.
