“If a glove feels right, you’ll want to wear it. And that’s when safety really works.”

Every TEGERA glove starts with understanding the people who wear it. Before design becomes reality, Anders and Anna spend time on-site — watching, listening, and learning how hands move, grip, and work in real environments.
“We talk to users, visit workplaces, and test our ideas in the field,” explains Anna.
“Then we combine those insights with our material and design expertise to create gloves that truly support the user.”
Sometimes customers don’t know exactly what they need — and that’s when TEGERA can take innovation further.
“We can challenge assumptions and find smarter solutions that improve both comfort and safety,” says Anders.
