Jokaisen TEGERA-käsineen suunnittelu alkaa siitä, että ymmärrämme käsinettä käyttäviä ihmisiä. Ennen kuin varsinaiseen suunnittelutyöhön päästään, Anders ja Anna viettävät aikaa todellisissa käyttöympäristöissä katsellen, kuunnellen ja oppien, miten kädet liikkuvat, tarttuvat ja toimivat.
”Keskustelemme käyttäjien kanssa, vierailemme työpaikoilla ja testaamme ideoitamme kentällä”, Anna kertoo.
”Sen jälkeen yhdistämme nämä tiedot materiaali- ja suunnitteluosaamiseemme ja luomme käsineet, jotka todella tukevat käyttäjää.”
