”En arbetshandske ska skydda och kännas bekväm hela dagen – men den ska också se bra ut och kännas bra att ha på sig”, säger Anders.
”Om handsken känns rätt vill du ha den på dig. Och det är då skyddet verkligen fungerar.”
Utformad för verkligt arbete – och verkliga människor
Varje TEGERA-handske börjar med att förstå de människor som bär den. Innan design blir verklighet tillbringar Anders och Anna tid ute på arbetsplatser, där de tittar, lyssnar och lär sig hur händerna rör sig, greppar tag och arbetar i verkliga miljöer.
”Vi pratar med användare, besöker arbetsplatser och testar våra idéer ute i fält”, förklarar Anna.
”Sedan kombinerar vi dessa insikter med vår expertis inom material och design och skapar handskar som verkligen är ett stöd för användaren.”
Ibland vet kunderna inte exakt vad de behöver – och det är då TEGERA kan ta innovationen vidare.
”Vi kan utmana antaganden och hitta smartare lösningar som förbättrar både komforten och säkerheten”, säger Anders.
