Lichamelijke belasting
Metselwerk kan zwaar zijn voor je lichaam, dus je moet goed voor jezelf zorgen. Denk aan de juiste lichaamshouding tijdens het werk, en neem regelmatig een pauze om even rond te lopen en te strekken.
